Our typical starting cost for a standard master or lager sized bathroom renovation is $24,000+ and takes approximately 3 weeks from demo day! A typical renovation includes new flooring, a tiled shower or tub with valves & trim kits, new light fixtures, & a new vanity with mirrors and countertops. Bathroom renovation costs can vary based on the extensiveness of the plumbing and electrical changes required coupled with the materials selected.

We provide customers with an easy 3 step process! We spend more time on the upfront portion of the renovation to insure a timeless and seamless renovation. Our 3 dimensional drawings will allow you to visualize your home when the renovation is complete.

The in-home strategy session is much more than giving you a rough cost of your project and is what differentiates us from other contractors.  First, our caring project manager and project coordinator visit you at your project location to see your space, listen and learn your goals, while sharing construction elements and design ideas. The strategy sessions take about an hour of your time and costs $299, but after our PM & AM leave, that’s when our team already starts working for you. We spend precious time on your initial design plan, create a professional rendering to help you visualize the renovation, gather costs and outline the entire scope of work to include the materials your project will require. We care about the details and ensuring that your expectations are fully met.
